Jim joined Invicta in 2008 and was appointed CEO in May 2016. Jim is a highly qualified and experienced trust professional who provides an open leadership style to the wider Invicta team. With an approach to client service that is founded on his strong technical know-how, Jim works with clients across the Globe and, particularly, in Southern Africa.
Before Invicta, Jim worked at a large, bank-owned fiduciary in Guernsey, administering structures for ultra high net worth clients.
Henry joined Invicta in 2017 as a director. Initially primarily responsible for governance, risk and compliance, he has recently taken on oversight of HR and operations. Separately, on the administration side, he holds several key client relationships as well as providing legal and strategic advice to all areas of the business.
Before moving to Guernsey in 2012, Henry worked at Clifford Chance LLP where he worked in the Corporate Financial Institutions Group. Subsequently he worked briefly for a private equity firm before joining the management team of a gambling company – in 2014 he moved into another Guernsey fiduciary where he was initially legal counsel before joining the board.
Client Relationship Director
Tony joined Invicta in 2009. With a background of over 40 years in financial services, Tony applies his extensive experience in corporate administration and international asset ownership to benefit his trust and company clients. Tony readily provides guidance, direction and support to clients and colleagues alike and is known for his accessible style. His background provides the Board with wide expertise across matters concerning client-focused and operational activities. Over the course of his career, Tony has acted for a large number of FTSE 100 clients and been responsible for managing corporate and trust relationships with many ultra-high net worth individuals.
Assistant Relationship Director
Kelly joined Invicta in 2005 as a Senior Administrator, subsequently being promoted into the senior management team with primary responsibility for a portfolio of clients. She has over 20 years of experience including in respect of the acquisition of luxury yachts, residential and commercial property and the administration of various investment portfolios and a Guernsey foundation. She runs a team of administrators supporting clients all over the world but predominantly in Southern Africa, Europe and South America.
Born in Guernsey, Kelly began her career training in accountancy. She went on to train in trust administration and worked for two trust companies prior to joining Invicta.
Assistant Relationship Director
Karl joined Invicta in 2014, heading a team that administer a variety of Trust, Company and Foundation structures for clients around the globe. Karl also is actively involved with the structuring of new business and guiding clients as to how best structure their wealth.
Karl has worked within Guernsey Fiduciary industry for over 18 years. Before Invicta, he worked at a large global Private Wealth Manager, looking after Ultra High Net Worth clients.
Deputy Governance Director
Lauren joined Invicta in 2019 in her capacity as Deputy Governance Director, where she also serves as the company’s appointed MLCO and MLRO with primary responsibility for compliance.
Before moving to Guernsey, Lauren worked for several different offshore companies, taking responsibility for their compliance from her base in South Africa. As part of these roles, she developed a strong working-knowledge of across multiple jurisdictions and a keen understanding of the issues facing compliance professionals.
James joined Invicta in July 2017 as Client Accounts Manager and was promoted to Finance Director in November 2019. James contributes in a number of areas of the business from internal management finance to assisting Invicta’s global client base with accounting and finance solutions.
James originally qualified as an accountant at PwC, working in audit, before moving into the fiduciary industry.
Nita joined Invicta in 1999, initially as an administrator, progressing to become responsible for a number of key clients. Latterly she has also become more involved in the operations side of the business, leading Invicta’s CRS/FATCA reporting as well as compliance reporting requirements in respect of other registers.
Before joining Richmond, Nita worked in the banking industry.
Brent helps head up a team of administrators who each have their own global portfolio of clients spanning predominantly South Africa, but also a small selection of U.K. and European clients. Born and educated in Guernsey, Brent began his career in the finance industry with a local Fiduciary firm.
Following four years of gaining valuable experience, Brent joined Invicta Wealth Solutions in January 2012. Through hard work, dedication and achieving professional qualifications, he achieved several promotions whilst at Invicta, becoming an Assistant Manager in 2017.
Chloe works in a team that services clients around the world including the UK, Thailand and South Africa. She is primarily responsible for a number of client relationships and structures, providing efficient and sophisticated support to ensure their smooth operation and compliance.
Chloe was born and educated in Guernsey and has 10 years’ experience in Guernsey’s financial services industry. Prior to joining Invicta in 2016, Chloe worked at a local fiduciary firm providing pension and trust services.
Elaine joined Invicta in July 2004 and takes primary responsibility for key clients with connections to Southern Africa. She is an experienced administrator with a wealth of knowledge about the nuances of dealing with private wealth.
Before joining Invicta, Elaine worked in the Guernsey banking sector.
Daniella Le Flem
Danie joined Invicta in early 2020. She administers a number of gambling structures together with acting as the primary contact for several substantial Southern African clients. She is a diligent, hard-working administrator, establishing a reputation for quality and dedication.
Danie previously worked at several other Guernsey fiduciaries, administering structures for high net worth clients based mostly in the UK.
Chris Le Garff
Chris joined Invicta as an Administrator in 2017 and was appointed as a Senior Administrator in October 2019. Chris works with a number of high net worth clients from across the globe, providing dedicated and highly skilful service when giving guidance on complex transactions.
Chris has a decade of experience in Guernsey’s financial services industry having pursued a career locally upon leaving full time education. During this time, Chris has fulfilled roles across the funds, corporate and trust sectors, along with a continued commitment to professional studies, developing wide-ranging technical knowledge and an attention to detail.
