Jim joined Invicta in 2008 and was appointed CEO in May 2016. Jim is a highly qualified and experienced trust professional who provides an open leadership style to the wider Invicta team. With an approach to client service that is founded on his strong technical know-how, Jim works with clients across the Globe and, particularly, in Southern Africa.

Before Invicta, Jim worked at a large, bank-owned fiduciary in Guernsey, administering structures for ultra high net worth clients.

Manu joined the Board of Invicta in February 2022 as a Non-executive Director. He worked as an investment banker for over 15 years, holding senior positions at Swiss Bank Corp and Lazard, where he was a partner. His areas of expertise include corporate finance, capital markets, derivatives, structured finance and dispute resolution. 

His London-based consultancy focuses on solving complex business problems requiring a multi-disciplinary approach. In particular where financial, commercial, legal and insurance issues are in play at the same time. Manu has a deep understanding of regulation gained from holding judicial posts in the General Regulatory Chamber in the UK where he has sat on appeals against decisions of the regulator since 2007. He sits on the Finance Committee of a leading law reform charity and has been a Magistrate in central London since 2006.

Karl joined Invicta in 2014, heading a client services team that administer multi-jurisdictional trust, company and foundation structures for high net worth clients. Karl was appointed to the board of Invicta and its corporate subsidiaries in August 2023.

In addition to his client services role and board responsibilities Karl is a member of the Risk and Compliance committee and is also responsible for a number of internal departments.

Having worked within Guernsey’s Fiduciary industry for over 20 years Karl is experienced in complex and multi-generational structures with an interest in structuring for UK non-domiciled individuals.

Before joining Invicta, he worked for a leading Swiss wealth management group.

Kelly joined Invicta in 2005 as a Senior Administrator, subsequently being promoted into the senior management team with primary responsibility for a portfolio of clients. Kelly was promoted to Head of Client Administration in August 2023.

Kelly is responsible for all client administration whilst also taking responsibility for a number of internal operations including HR and Facilities.

Having worked in the fiduciary sector for over 25 years Kelly is a specialist in the acquisition of luxury assets, residential and commercial property and the administration of various investment portfolios and Guernsey foundations.

Kelly supports clients all over the world but predominantly in Southern Africa, Europe, UK and South America.

Born in Guernsey, Kelly began her career training in accountancy and recently completed the IoD Certificate in Company Direction, and is working towards completing the IoD Diploma in January 2024.

Irina joined Invicta in November 2020 as Accounting & Finance Manager. In August 2023 Irina was promoted to Finance Director.

Irina is responsible for Invicta’s accounting team and all accounting and financial reporting requirements.

Irina has over 12 years of experience in finance services in Guernsey’s fiduciary, banking and audit sectors.

Irina originally qualified as an accountant at EY, working in audit, before moving into the fiduciary industry.

Tony joined Invicta in 2009. With a background of over 40 years in financial services, Tony applies his extensive experience in corporate administration and international asset ownership to benefit his trust and company clients. Tony readily provides guidance, direction and support to clients and colleagues alike and is known for his accessible style. His background provides the Board with wide expertise across matters concerning client-focused and operational activities. Over the course of his career, Tony has acted for a large number of FTSE 100 clients and been responsible for managing corporate and trust relationships with many ultra-high net worth individuals.

Lauren joined Invicta in 2019 and is now Invicta's Governance and Risk Director.

Before moving to Guernsey, Lauren worked for several different offshore companies, taking responsibility for their compliance from her base in South Africa. As part of these roles, she developed a strong working-knowledge of across multiple jurisdictions and a keen understanding of the issues facing compliance professionals.

Ronan joined Invicta in 2016 and is now Invicta’s Financial Crime Manager and Deputy MLCO.

Joining Invicta after completing his A-Levels, Ronan worked in Compliance, initially as a Compliance Administrator and managing a number of projects before progressing to his current position.  Ronan plays a central role in Invicta’s compliance operation including the onboarding of new clients and ensuring good regulatory and governance practices.

Nita joined Invicta in 1999, initially as an administrator, progressing to become responsible for a number of key clients. Latterly she has also become more involved in the operations side of the business, leading Invicta’s CRS/FATCA reporting as well as compliance reporting requirements in respect of other registers.

Before joining Invicta, Nita worked in the banking industry.

Brent head up a team of administrators who each have their own global portfolio of clients spanning predominantly South Africa, but also a small selection of U.K. and European clients. Born and educated in Guernsey, Brent began his career in the finance industry with a local Fiduciary firm.

Following four years of gaining valuable experience, Brent joined Invicta Wealth Solutions in January 2012. Through hard work, dedication and achieving professional qualifications, he achieved several promotions whilst at Invicta, becoming an Assistant Manager in 2017, Manager in 2022 and Assistant Client Relationship Director this year.

Chris joined Invicta as an Administrator in 2017 and was appointed as a Senior Administrator in October 2019 and Manager this year. Chris works with a number of high net worth clients from across the globe, providing dedicated and highly skilful service when giving guidance on complex transactions.

Chris has a decade of experience in Guernsey’s financial services industry having pursued a career locally upon leaving full time education. During this time, Chris has fulfilled roles across the funds, corporate and trust sectors, along with a continued commitment to professional studies, developing wide-ranging technical knowledge and an attention to detail.

Chloe works in a team that services clients around the world including the UK, Thailand and South Africa. She is primarily responsible for a number of client relationships and structures, providing efficient and sophisticated support to ensure their smooth operation and compliance.

Chloe was born and educated in Guernsey and has 10 years’ experience in Guernsey’s financial services industry. Prior to joining Invicta in 2016, Chloe worked at a local fiduciary firm providing pension and trust services.

Elaine joined Invicta in July 2004 and takes primary responsibility for key clients with connections to Southern Africa. She is an experienced administrator with a wealth of knowledge about the nuances of dealing with private wealth.

Before joining Invicta, Elaine worked in the Guernsey banking sector.

Jess works in a team who services high net worth clients around the world including the UK and South Africa, however Jess is primarily responsible for a number of client relationships and structures providing services of Registered Office and Registered Agent only, providing efficient and sophisticated support to ensure their smooth operation and compliance.

Jess was born and educated in Guernsey and has over 15 years' experience in Guernsey's financial services industry. Prior to joining Invicta in 2008, Jess worked at a private property development firm.

Carole joined Invicta in 2016 and takes responsibility for a variety of client entities in different jurisdictions.  She is an experienced administrator and has worked in the financial services industry for over 35 years.

Teresa joined Invicta in May 2021.  She is primarily responsible for a number of client relationships and structures with connections to Southern Africa and the UK.

Teresa was born and educated in Guernsey and is an experienced administrator, having worked within Guernsey’s fiduciary services industry for over 40 years.  Teresa has also worked in the financial sector of Vaduz, the capital of The Principality of Liechtenstein, providing administration services for high-net worth clients.

Prior to joining Invicta in 2021, Teresa worked at a local fiduciary firm.

Zelia is the first point of contact for a number of structures, mainly Trusts with clients based in South Africa and UK. She is primarily responsible for a number of client relationships providing oversight and support to ensure client delivery and compliance.

Zelia was born and educated in Portugal before moving to Guernsey to start her professional career. Zelia has been working in the finance industry since 2018 and, prior to joining Invicta in 2023 worked at a local fiduciary firm providing pension and trust services.

Julie joined Invicta in 2023 and takes responsibility for key client relationships looking after a wide variety of structures in multiple jurisdictions.

Julie moved into trust in 2001 following 18 years in the insurance industry.

An experienced Administrator, Julie has a wealth of knowledge with a focus on client delivery.
